Earrings purchased from AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD can not be exchanged or refunded once opened for hygiene reasons. Tamper-proof packaging can be organised prior to dispatch with the option of returning unworn, in a saleable condition within 7 days of receiving.

Simple veils purchased from A M É L I E . G E O R G E may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are deemed unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original saleable condition, including all original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of bridal tulle and the specialist pressing and packaging required to prepare each veil for resale, a $45 AUD re-pressing and packaging fee will be deducted from all approved veil returns or exchanges. All lace and embellished veils are considered bespoke due to their intricate construction and delicate detail placement. As such are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample prior to purchase if you are unsure of colour, detail, or overall finish.
