Wedding Earrings — A Wholesome Hinterland Celebration: Alyssa & Jeremy’s Vintage-Inspired Vineyard Wedding

There are weddings that feel like stories — moments woven gently through light, laughter and the landscape — and then there are days that feel like home. Alyssa and Jeremy’s celebration at O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards was unequivocally the latter: intimate, heartfelt and suffused with vintage charm. In a setting where the verdant vines meet golden light, their wedding was less about spectacle and more about emotional honesty, meaningful details and a deep sense of connection.

From the moment guests arrived at the vineyards, the tone of the day was clear: personal, warm and artfully considered. Under the guidance of celebrant Amanda Lutvey, the ceremony unfolded with genuine ease, letting the couple’s story take center stage. Soundtracked by the soulful melodies of musician Alisha Todd, it was a moment that felt as much like a heartfelt conversation as a traditional wedding ritual — quiet yet full of resonance.

Alyssa’s bridal look was a study in timeless elegance with a vintage soul. Her gown by Serene Ame carried a refined, enduring silhouette that felt perfectly at ease in the natural surrounds of the hinterland. Loose, romantic tresses styled by renowned wedding hair stylist Sarah Kelly and flawless, luminous makeup by Rachelle Ferrara grounded the look in a kind of relaxed sophistication. A pair of Dune London shoes completed her ensemble — chic, effortless and quietly beautiful.

But it was her jewellery — the HARPER crystal and pearl earrings by Amélie George Bridal — that truly encapsulated her style. Alyssa had long dreamed of something vintage-inspired yet timeless. “When I found your brand,” she recalls, “I immediately knew you were for me. The Harper earrings were bolder than anything I usually go for, but months later I was still dreaming of them — nothing compared.” On her wedding day, they were the only jewellery she wore besides her engagement ring and a few heirloom pieces, and it was easy to see why. Their luminous pearls and intricately faceted crystals caught the light with a soft gleam, framing her profile like a moment of quiet poetry.

Flowers — both classic and personal — played a meaningful role in shaping the ambience. The Budclub designed bouquets that felt romantic and unfussy, while Alyssa and her mother lovingly handcrafted the remaining floral details. Their labour of love lent an emotional texture to every corner of the reception, infusing the space with delicate character.

The vineyard’s natural palette — muted greens, weathered timber and soft sunlight spilling between leaves — became a living backdrop to the evening’s festivities. At once relaxed and refined, the reception unfolded with heartfelt toasts, shared laughter and a sense of joy that felt beautifully uncontrived. Wild Weddings Media captured the day with a keen eye for candid moments, weaving together images that feel as intimate as looking through a friend’s photo album.

Alyssa and Jeremy’s wedding was a reminder that when a celebration is anchored in what matters most — connection, meaning and authenticity — the result is something quietly unforgettable. Their day wasn’t defined by grand gestures or over-the-top design, but by thoughtfully chosen details and heartfelt moments that will endure in memory long after the vines have grown tall again.

And for Alyssa, the HARPER earrings remain a cherished reminder of a day that was as soulful and genuine as the love at it's center.
