Online orders are processed within 48hrs of placement Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your consignment's journey.

Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Australia Post Express Service

Delivers within 1-3 business days depending on location. 

The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is $9.95 AUD. 


FOR ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

DHL Express Service delivers within 1-7 business days depending on location.

The cost for postage, payable at checkout is $15-$60 AUD. 

Occasionally, import duties, customs and local sales taxes may be payable.

Earrings purchased from AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD can not be exchanged or refunded once opened for hygiene reasons. Tamper-proof packaging can be organised prior to dispatch with the option of returning unworn, in a saleable condition within 7 days of receiving.

PURCHASE CREDIT RETURN

 

All other items purchased from AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD may be exchanged or returned for a refund if deemed unworn, in a saleable condition within 7 days of receiving. AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. It is at the client’s expense to safely return the piece(s) to AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.

AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD exchanges are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. You will be credited the full item amount if you choose this option. 

AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD refunds are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. A $15AUD restocking fee will be deducted for each item returned for a maximum of 2 items.

  • are not returned in their original condition or packaging

AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur. Products purchased during sales may not be returned unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is deemed as a manufacturing fault, the return shipping cost will be covered by AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item received is defective, or damaged. 

AMÉLIE GEORGE BRIDAL PTY LTD does not accept returns if products;

  • are not returned in their original condition or packaging

  • are returned outside of the specified return timeframe

  • are damaged as resulting of mishandling
